Zen Gate EB ("the App") is a Secured Exam Browser developed by HazenLabz under Hazen Edu. This application is designed to provide a safe and controlled environment for students to take online exams.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users. This Privacy Policy explains what data is accessed, how it is used, and how it is protected.

2 Camera Permission

The App requests access to your device's camera solely for the purpose of scanning QR codes to access exam session links provided by your institution.

3 Data Transmitted

During an exam session, the following data may be transmitted:

• Student exam answers and responses
• Exam session identifiers (from QR code)
• Timestamps of exam activity

4 Data We Do NOT Collect

HazenLabz does not collect, store, or process:

• Personal identity information (name, email, ID number)
• Photos or video from the camera
• Location data
• Device identifiers for tracking purposes
• Any data outside of the exam session

5 Third-Party Services

The App connects to exam servers configured by educational institutions. HazenLabz is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party servers operated by schools or institutions.

We recommend that institutions using Zen Gate EB maintain their own privacy policy regarding student exam data.

6 Data Security

The App is designed to operate in a secured, locked-down browser environment. We implement reasonable technical measures to ensure exam integrity and prevent unauthorized data access during sessions.

7 Children's Privacy

Zen Gate EB may be used by students of all ages, including those under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any user. All exam data is handled solely by the institution's server.

8 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
